Shipping is calculated by destination and equipment class. Large or heavy products may require freight service.

All delivery charges are in USD. Standard parcel delivery starts at .99 for the United States, .99 for Canada and Mexico, 9.99 for supported European destinations, and 9.99 for Australia. Benches, tool chests, transmission jacks and workshop machinery add per shipment. Oversized cabinets and heavy lifting equipment add 0 instead. A mixed cart uses the highest applicable equipment supplement, not a percentage of product price. Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the applicable total.

Dispatch and transit

Dispatch and transit timing depends on the item, destination and carrier. Contact us with the product SKU and postal code for planning information before placing a time-sensitive order. Tracking information is provided when the shipment is dispatched. We will notify you if an item cannot be supplied; an unavailable order will not be substituted without your agreement.

Large and freight items

Freight delivery generally means curbside delivery unless a different service is stated in writing. The customer is responsible for a safe, accessible unloading area and any liftgate, inside-delivery, appointment or limited-access service not included in the quoted rate. Inspect cartons and equipment before signing the carrier receipt and note visible damage.

International orders

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and local compliance unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Some products cannot ship to every country because of voltage, size or carrier restrictions.

Address changes and failed delivery

Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may be unavailable or incur carrier fees. Re-delivery, storage and return-to-sender charges caused by an unavailable recipient or inaccessible location may be deducted from any refund.
